It was astonishing the way manager responded to my below comment and taken care of the problem on same day. You deserve 5 star rating and keep up the good work.Original comment: Worst experience with the service department. My car leased from this Acura dealer has serious mechanical problem, engine shutting off on the road. So requested for any urgent service appointment as it is advisable to drive, front desk told me come after six days. They don’t realize the meaning of urgency or criticality of the problem. Just answer like a robo on providing next availability date without understanding the criticality and consequences, I wish they should use robotic caller in these cases.

My sales experience was great. I haven’t had it serviced. Cole was terrific and took care of all my needs and questions. He did a great job.
Missy was exceptional. She made sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion and coordinated my ride to and from my employment. It was convenient, easy and reasonably priced. This is why I use this dealership and rely on their wonderful staff like Missy.
Vanessa Harris is my favorite service advisor and she always does a great job of helping me out. Her communication is excellent and I enjoy working with her.
This was my first time at the Acura dealer. The service was exceptional! Not only were the service advisors helpful, but very honest. Honestly in the auto business seems to be a rarity, but not here! Everyone is very honest, which goes a long way. I also appreciate how there is a shuttle service, as that is a necessity for me. I will absolutely only take my car here in the future.
