The service took almost exactly the amount of time that they predicted. The wedding area was comfortable and it didn’t even seem that long. I had a problem with warning lights coming on in my instrument cluster. It was pretty alarming! I called Courtest Acura Service Dept. and they scheduled me for the very next morning. My Service Consultant is Travis McKoy, who is very professional, courteous, considerate and helpful. He pinpointed the problem over the phone. I brought my SUV in at 10:30am, and he called me by noon saying they had fixed the problem. It was under warranty, so there was no charge, plus, they washed my SUV. All in all, this particular experience with Courtesy Acura was a very good one!
