The repair/replacement of my air conditioner took longer than I would have liked, but I appreciated that I was given a loaner car so that I was not inconvenienced. The air conditioner only worked for two days due to a faulty part, but again, I appreciated the loaner car and the flexibility to return when I was able. I also appreciated that Chris kept me updated and informed as to what the status of my car was.

This may well be the best service center I have ever been to. They are prompt, professional, competent and reasonable. I have never been upsold service I don’t need and they always replace my wiper blades and wash my car when I bring the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Vanessa's customer service was topnotch. I had ordered a loaner car and it was ready to go when I finished my check-in. Funny, I had driven to a business about 3 miles away and was still there when she called that my service was already complete. Probably the fewest number of miles ever put on one of their loaners. They did only the service called for and didn't try to pass along any other non-urgent repair items.

Had to get some recall service done dealing with Acura customer care was a pain should have called courtesy months ago they took one phone call schedule employment gave me a ride to and from my hotel through Uber I couldn't say it was more of a flawless and positive service beautiful building service area very polite people.
