Malachi was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and recommended not doing something because it had been done with a prior service. He also remember that I needed a 4 wheel alignment.

I’ve got a 2015 TLX 61K and have done maintenance, bought a new battery (it was a good price), serviced front rotors, transmission and fuel injectors over the years, all with excellent support.

The service department is always clean and well organized but the staff makes it all work. Malachi and Michael were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained all processes and kept me informed very well during my service!
