Excellent customer service. Additionally, the availability of the shuttle makes scheduling my service worry free about drop off and return. Without the shuttle I would likely miss or delay my service trips.
Our battery died just two months after being replaced by Courtesy Acura. Luckily it was under warranty. With a little coordination I was in and out with a new battery and a clean vehicle inside and out in less than an hour. Our Service Advisor was right on top of things. We appreciate the rapid response.
Courteous service and I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation done in a hour and a half. They also wash the car.

Wonderful customer service! Never any issues with communication. Having a loaner is a great perk. I've never had any unexpected costs when I go and pick up my car after service is completed.
