Acura service rocks. I needed a loaner too-no problem-even on a Saturday!!! And wow-I think it even got detailed there. Very clean and nice. Not to mention a cold bottle of water and a mint when I picked it up inside my car. So glad I bought an Acura.
I purchased my MDX at this dealership and have only had it serviced there. In five years I have had only one complaint and that was about one year ago (and concerned a rude employee who might have just been having a bad day, hence I didn't report it).
They performed the required service very well.. My only negative was I had a 7:15 appointment but the technicians were not scheduled to arrive until 8 am. Appointments for those waiting for their vehicle should be when the techs are available.
Another pleasurable experience getting car service at Courtesy Acura. The express oil change with a car wash and complimentary refreshments in their beautiful lounge waiting room...what more do you want? I have full confidence in their work, and the service writers are thorough but not always trying to upsell you like at some dealers. A real class operation.

Easy experience making an appointment and getting in. Also wonderful to have a room to work in while I waited for my. All work was complete and I was kept up to date on progress. I also loved the sweet treat (mini York peppermint Patty) and cold water waiting for me in the car after visit was complete.

These guys are great!!! I have a Acura with almost 200k miles and am always scared to take it in anywhere. Because most places tell me to replace everything and to just buy another vehicle. These guys are amazing and reassuring that as long as I keep taking care of it the way I do. It will last maybe even another 100k. This is the only place I will be going for now on.

Malachi Endley did a superb job in the service department with communication, timeline, and explanation when I recently brought my car in for routine oil change and to check out the transmission shifting rough from a cold start. Very pleased with how he kept me updated, his understanding and explanation of the shifting issue and resolution, and getting me out 30 minutes prior to promised finish to not be late for another appointment.
