The staff and service are always excellent. I've owned an Acura for many years and always take my cars to Acura for any service needs. The staff are always friendly and I trust that they will maintenance and/or fix my car perfectly.
Matt was very polite and friendly. Very easy to work with. This has nothing to do with Matt. But not sure why a window calibration cost $320? Seems very pricy!

Although my two TSX Wagons rarely malfunction, all of the routine service and repairs performed by Courtesy has been efficiently and carefully completed. I am generally biased against dealers, because many of them exalt form over substance and I find evidence of careless work after picking up my car. Not so with Courtesy, whose technicians do excellent work. Moreover, the staff including Vanessa Harris and Lou Taylor are always knowledgeable and accommodating. Finally, the waiting area is completely functional so that I can always get my work done while I am waiting almost as efficiently as at my office.
I ended up purchasing an Acura MDX older model with a lot of problems coming straight out of a used car lot, ( not Acura Dealer) after going through a couple of my own mechanics who couldn't resolve my issue I decided to bite the bullet and bring my vehicle to Acura dealers in Littleton.
