Great service department! They were polite and helpful and had a comfortable lobby. They had my wife's car in and out for some routine maintenance in a good timeframe. The complimentary car wash is nice and an appreciated perk for taking her car to get dealer maintenance to Littleton from Castle Rock!

Jack and the service department at Courtesy Acura were wonderful to work with! My Acura had some past due maintenance that needed to be completed. I live in NE WY and the staff stayed late to ensure I was back on the road before my estimated completion time.

Jack was terrific. This was my first visit with my car and he patiently explained what the service appointment covered and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the actual service performed and the time to complete. It was easy making an appointment and the waiting area was very comfortable.

She kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way.

The Courtesy Staff were 110% friendly even when I didn't buy my car from them. They have a great lounge, so I was able to get work done while waiting. After it was done, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Thanks!!
