I needed a second key fob for my recently purchased (pre-owned) ILX. I spoke on the phone with Jack who made an appointment for the following day. This went very smoothly and I was very relieved to have a back-up in case I ever lost the fob that came with the car.

Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do due to bad experiences in the past. I walked onto the lot to check out cars and was met my salesman Rick Armijo. He met me with a friendly smile and a "Don't want to interrupt you .... I'll be around if you have any questions. He didn't try and qualify me like so many salespeople do. I did have a question and that turned into me putting a down payment of a vehicle. I complimented his approach and he explained the history of Courtesy Acura and that the original owner wanted car shopping customers to have a great experience without any pressure. Travis was my service advisor today as Vanessa was out on maternity leave. Travis was great and professional and I didn't feel like he was selling me on any services. He even helped find me best deals when I asked for any savings. Travis wasn't there when I picked up my car, but the other service advisor who helped me was also very professional. Courtesy Acura of Littleton really takes care of their customers. I was there with transmission, transfer case and brake fluid changes recently. Travis McKoy was professional, accomidating and pleasure to work with. He was able to provide the discounts for some services. Complementary Uber ride back and forth was convenient and appreciated. My car was washed in and out. Very nice job.
