Vanessa was very thorough reviewing all work performed. Although I came in for an oil change & tire rotation, I ended up needing more work, but I wasn't that surprised. Therefore, the visit was longer than anticipated, so they gave me a loaner car, which was beautiful. The work was completed in less than the anticipated time. I was able to use coupons that were sent to me as well. Good experience all around.

I was apprehensive about coming in due to a previous experience that forced me to sell a vehicle because the problem could not be corrected under warranty. Hearing a vehicle with 50k miles on it could not be fixed stained my view of Acura as a whole for many years. Chris and Alicia have satisfied that concern by going above and beyond to make sure my current vehicle was taken care of. Although I do no agree with why my vehicle needed the repair that it did, I am happy to report it is now functioning as it should.
Jack is awesome!! He's very polite and funny. The waiting room is clean and has snacks. The service took less time than estimated. I think the service techs must be good because I haven't had any issues with car since they did the oil change. They washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior.

I just wanted to thank Travis Mckoy and Courtesy Acura Service Department for their 5 Star/Excellent customer service and honesty with the repairs on my 2013 RDX leaking roof. They have done everything possible to try to fix the leak, but instead of throwing more parts on my car they recommended taking it back to the auto body repair shop where my car had original repairs done from the 2018 Jefferson County severe hail/rain storm. Had to get some recall service done dealing with Acura customer care was a pain should have called courtesy months ago they took one phone call schedule employment gave me a ride to and from my hotel through Uber I couldn't say it was more of a flawless and positive service beautiful building service area very polite people.
