The battery on my 2019 TLX went bad after 16 months. I took it in basically unannounced to Jack (who is and always has been the best service rep ever) welcomed me in. The battery tested bad and was replaced at no charge. Iโm extremely satisfied with courtesy Acura and Jack always provides exceptional customer service with me.

Jack in the service department was phenomenal. I took a private party sale to him and his team for a prepurchase inspection and he went through every item I needed to check on, whether warranties were still valid or not, and his thoughts on the car. They went above and beyond for someone who wasn't even buying a car from their dealership and provided me the peace of mind (and further negotiation power!) that I needed. They got me in on extremely short notice as well. I am extremely happy with them and will be coming back.

I worked with Matt to get routine service and some miscellaneous items taken care of on my RDX. He is fantastic! He kept me informed the entire time, arranged for an uber since the service would take longer and all in all just gave white glove treatment the entire time. Courtesy Acura is lucky to have him!!

I chose to have my car serviced at Courtesy Acura- why? First of all, I have a point person ( Venessa is mine) who assists me with the needs I have regarding my vehicle. Therefore, I don't have to repeat myself with my car concerns to numerous folks. Venessa keeps in constant contact if other work is needed at time of service and provides the information justifying the needed work. The mechanics are very good and will be happy to explain anything you may want to address. I am very pleased with the service at Acura - I just wish they had more loaner cars..........

Just had my MDX serviced at Courtesy Acura today. Car was ready at the promised time. Travis was my service rep and heโs amazing! So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I are so impressed with this dealership and so happy we bought our car here. We highly recommend Courtesy Acura service, they are the best. When I got into my car to drive off there was a chilled bottle of water AND a chocolate mint waiting for me, totally made my day!
