They were great and I purchased out of state! April was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire buying process. She and the team went through a lot to help get the car delivered to me, and they were helpful, responsive, and easy to work with every step of the way. After the car arrived, we discovered that the previous owner had accidentally kept the removable middle seat when trading it in. Even though the sale was already finalized, April went above and beyond to contact the previous owner, drive to their home to pick up the seat, and arrange to have it delivered all the way to me. That level of service and follow-through is rare, especially after the sale is complete. I’m incredibly impressed with April and the entire team at Courtesy Acura. They truly took care of me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

If you want a place that consistently delivers quality customer service this is it. It won’t matter if you’ve purchased your car from them. They are top notch. It’s worth the drive for me. I live in wheatridge and still make the drive down there- they can arrange for a loaner car- which is so helpful for me. I make the appointment drive down they do what’s needed and I pick it up the next day. I always do next day because I’m too busy to make the drive twice. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

She is attentive, notices small details, and goes out of her way to help me as much as she can. She is the reason I continue to visit the dealership for routine services!

Needed a repair on the sunroof, new motor needed ordered, back ordered until October. All went well.

I had another great service experience with Courtesy Acura this week. I noticed that my vehicle was becoming sluggish while starting so I called and was able to get in for an appointment the next day, which turned out to be great because my battery was almost dead. They were able to take me and got everything done quickly and without any problems. I have had great experiences with all of the service staff, and it was Steve and Vanessa who assisted me on this last visit. I just want to say thank you to them and the willingness to accommodate me on short notice, where if I needed to go somewhere else it could have taken days. I will continue to work with them and very much appreciate their efforts!!
