Sean was absolutely amazing!! I had a horrible time at auto nation and they couldnโt even put the skid plate back on. When I drove into Acura my skid plate was still hanging off. Sean made sure we were taken care of, went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and communicated efficiently which is so hard to come by these days. I will NEVER bring my car anywhere else to get serviced and to be honest the next time I buy a car Iโll buy from this dealership because of the respect, communication, ethics, and honesty. Thank you Sean, the tech who did the work, the GM and Chris, Seanโs manager. You guys are the best and we are so blessed to have had you guys help us out! Merry Christmas and happy new year!

I've always had good experiences at Courtesy Acura, but this most recent one was next-level. My maintenance minder said it was time for transmission and differential service. I knew I did the differential earlier this year so didn't ask for that but I did sign up for the transmission service. I still can't believe this actually happened, but here goes - Matt (who didn't even do my intake this time) found me in the waiting room and told me he remembered doing the transmission service at 30k miles. Sure enough, looking back through my invoices it was already done - nearly two years ago - and not needed. I thought I knew my car well, but evidently Matt knows it better. If I'd had the service repeated, I'd have been none-the-wiser, but I'm grateful for Matt's diligence and honesty. I'm at the point now where I'm out of factory warranty and some would say I should save a few bucks and do the vehicle service elsewhere. Nope, I'm good with Matt and Courtesy Acura.

Arrived at my appt early but Shaun, the service advisor, was very courteous and was able to get my car in right away. The price was reasonable and Shaun was very accommodating.

Iโve been coming to Courtesy Acura for eleven years and think the world of all the service people with whom I have dealt. But especially Vanessa. She always has the answers for me and just recently helped patiently in pairing my new iPhone to my MDX. Always with a smile and never rushes me. I so appreciate her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. Iโll keep coming back for many years to come.

I've been dealing with Courtesy Acura for years and have always been very happy with the service. I recently worked with Sean Hehr who was great. He was friendly, thorough and professional. Not only is the Acura a great car but the quality service you get a Courtesy Acura is another reason I like owning an Acura.

I had the first oil change and service done on my 2025 MDX. Matt was the technician who did the work. He did a great job. When I arrived for my appointment they were ready to take my car right back to the service area. I waited in the waiting room, which was clean, comfortable and had complementary drinks. The entire service was about an 1 hour 20 minutes. They washed and vacuum my car. They delivered my car right to the waiting room door. It was spotless and ready to go!

I own a 2016 MDX and love this car...as much as I love the service performed on it to keep it running for as many miles as I can put on it; my Service Consultant, Alec Ernce, could not have been more professional and nice! He went through everything and assured me that only what was needed would be done. He called me periodically through the day to let me know the progress however, I was given another MDX to drive during the day so that I would not be inconvenienced; yet another bonus!! This is actually the 3rd car I have purchased from Courtesy Acura and would highly recommend them. Acura makes a phenomenal car and the service department is unmatched.
