I had a problem with the audio unit in my 2020 RDX. Travis McKoy was very professional and even provided me an Uber ride home. The problem was fixed at no charge to me and was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura.

I bought my car at Courtesy Acura over 10 years ago and have been having it serviced there ever since. Every single time I take it in the experience is smooth and the people are great from scheduling to pick up. When it's time to buy a new car it will likely be from Courtesy Acura.

I took my TLX in for a recall and oil change, tire rotation, etc. today and was impressed by the professionalism of my service advisor Jack. The service took less time than anticipated and the car was returned with a beautiful wash. I am very satisfied.

He was incredibly helpful and honest in explaining my carโs issues, providing clear details without any pressure to upsell unnecessary services. Took our car in because the engine was misfiring and losing power. Technicians figured out the issue after a lot of testing. We requested loaner car when we realized Courtesy needed to keep the car longer than expected. Got a car the next day. There were a lot of hours put into solving our misfire issues and we were only charged for the parts and work needed to fix the issue. The service team was courteous and informative keeping us up to speed on the status of the repairs. Unlike some other dealer service departments I have used, I trust this team to treat us fairly and work for us to keep our car serviced. Vanessa and Chris in the service department at Courtesy Acura are amazing and great to work with.

We love Courtesy Acura! We have not had a bad experience with this dealership nor do we ever have that slimy feeling when we leave like we just got scammed. We leave feeling good about what we purchased and who we spoke to! This is experience #3 for our family at Courtesy. 2nd time buy for us and 1 we sent the brother in law and he was just as happy. This is one dealership that is no pressure and really just aims to please. Thank you guys, we love our integra!!

I am on my 5th Acura MDX and itโs because of the top notch service I always get! Travis and the team took such great care of me, giving me a private office to get work done while they worked on my car. They are always so honest and respectful and professional, canโt recommend these guys enough. The chocolate and cold water bottle and car wash are the icing on the cake! Thank you Travis ๐

Easily the least burdensome new car buying experience I have ever had. Jimmy OโConnell is a no-pressure, readily accessible salesperson, which I greatly appreciated. I had to go through the usual โadditional service packagesโ pitch with the finance person, but he didnโt push it once I said no thanks.
