I take my car in regularly for maintenance. I appreciate your courteous and knowledgeable service writers Most recently, Chris. They always text me when I need to come in for maintenance. After I've left my car they text me to be sure I can reach them if I have questions and to let me know if there is additional work that needs to be done so that I can decide whether to proceed with work or not. When my car is ready they let me know Since my car is a 2006 model, I find it remarkable that I never have any trouble with it. I've never felt the mechanics were telling me I needed something done when it really wasn't necessary. As an older woman that's important to me.And, the best part is that when I get my car back it's sparkling clean and there is a fresh bottle of water and a little sweet treat waiting for me. I can only review their service department because I have not visited their showroom or actually shopped for a vehicle there... Anyway, as dealership service goes, this place is one of the good ones. They are thorough when checking out your car but aren't pushy when it comes time for you to decide what you want repaired (or not). They keep good records and are organized. We had Alec as our service advisor last time and he was great.They remodeled a year or two ago and have a nice waiting room with complimentary drinks & snacks. Most importantly, we don't feel like they are feeding us a line of "bull" about our repair needs. It's really hard to trust dealerships when it comes to this, so to say we feel comfortable here is a big deal.
Cole went beyond the call of duty by finding the car I particularly wanted at another dealership and arranging for it to be sent to Courtesy. Then he patiently showed me why my car choice was brilliant and eased my way through the buying process. Jake made all the paperwork seem easy and helped me coordinate with my lender. This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had after more than 10 previous ones.Needless to say, I'll be back!
The customer service was exceptional. Everyone worked with me to get me the best deal I could get and put me in the car I wanted. They were patient, informative and very professional. The car is immaculate and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Bought my first car here two years ago, after a series of horrible dealership experiences that left me feeling pretty jaded and defeated. Finally made my way up to courtesy and was treated with respect and honesty and had an all around great experience. I haven't been to another dealership since. I've had all my servicing done here and the staff continues to accommodate me and treat me wonderfully no matter how silly I am. I met with Chris Smith today for a routine oil change and tire rotation and he was great and helpful. He gave me all the updates in my car and all the options I have for future services to keep my car running smoothly. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. It's the bomb.

My salesman Andrew and the team did an excellent job of ensuring my satisfaction with my purchase, and went out of their way to make my car buying experience a joy. Andrew was willing to do a test drive with me even though it kept him there past close, he came in on his day off the next day, when I was ready to make a purchase, even be willing to pick me up at the light rail, had I not had a ride available... This after personal taking a customer their new car to the airport. Finally, when I decide the next day that the RDX was a better choice for me, he made it simple and a breeze to return the ILX and purchase the RDX instead. Jake is finance was also did an excellent job of ensuring I felt valued as a customer.
