The service was great when I got there, but I contacted the service Dept. 3 times in the days up to my appointment to get a price for installing splash guards on my vehicle. I got no response back from anyone. I had to actually go there to find out what I needed.

Very busy put each customer treated with respect and helpfulness. Fruit in break room/waiting room would be appreciated=apples, oranges—- my car was washed and the windows were cleaned. Very professional job

Hi -- we've owed courtesy Acuras since 2002 (all MDXs) so have quite a bit of experience. I've almost always had first rate experiences with having work done but this time a couple of issues 1 -- I waited quite a while to be served when arriving. I had a 9 am appointment, I arrived around 9:10, and it was close to 9:45 before I was seated with an advisor. 2 -- He was very nice (Todd?) but immediately told me there were no loaners left, apologized, he'd just checked out the last one. I had arranged to have a loaner at least 3 weeks previous. This ...

We had a wonderful experience! We were told it would take 1.5 hours to complete the work on my car and it was done in 1 hour! I appreciate the over estimation on time and delivering earlier. We also had someone come up and give our little guy a toy car and that was so thoughtful. Thank you!!

Service center was great. Had an issue with a bad tire and they worked out the details and had me set up in no time with four new tires, price was fair and job was completed in a fair amount of time.
