Really appreciate the valet dropoff and pickup service for the loaner. I was kept up to date on status but did have a hiccup in the return of my vehicle. I was told it would be ready by early afternoon on a Friday and then did not hear anything. I called around 5 pm and the person I was working with, Kayla, was off that day and I guess had not handed me off to an alternate. My car was ready, but it was too late for valet service. Luckily we were able to schedule for the next morning! So almost 5 stars, just a little bit of a communication drop at the end.

I had purchased a used Acura RDX from a credit union broker. After driving it for a few months and experiencing awful back pains, I found my driver's side seat frame was bent and sitting at an angle. The broker offered no help. I stopped by Courtesy Acura to inquire about getting a new driver's side seat. The service team suggested going to a salvage yard and finding a used seat to replace the bent framed seat. Alec Ernst pulled up seats from salvage yards, saving me thousands! I was able to acquire a seat. Alec took care of getting it delivered to the dealership, cleaning up the seat, arranging a loaner car for me to drive AND delivery of my vehicle once the job was completed. Alec was professional and communicated with me through the entire process. GONE are the days of the old dealership stigmas. Alec and the service crew at Courtesy Acura were professional and exceptionally helpful. Kudos to Courtesy Acura. I will buy my next car from them!
