I bought my pre-owned MDX here 10 weeks ago and went back for routine oil change and tire rotation after driving it 8000+ miles. Matt was graciously efficient, and Rick helped out with a title question. They certainly lived up to their “Courtesy” name, and the trip up there from the Springs for service was well worth it.
I brought in my car for a recall on the airbags. Moments after parking my car I was greeted and taken inside where I met Alec. He explained to me the process and got everything in motion. The service on my car was completed in a timely manner and they also washed my car once they finished. Overall, a great first impression of Courtesy Acura. -MW

Visited dealership to look for car for the first time and ended up purchased the MDX in the showroom. Liked the look with all the options. I had planned to purchase outright, but agreed to lease for 3 months before paying off in order to get a good deal. Enjoyed working with Michael. Everything was fast and efficient.
Since a purchase of my car I experienced nothing else, but an amazing service starting with the sale's person, receptionist who answers a call with a smile and an accommodation to a desired time/day scheduled for a service, courtious valet assistant and last the person discussing the purpose of the visit. These are the people I had a personal encounter, but there is a crew behind the background working diligently on the car that does not get enough credit for the amazing work and the final report presented. Finally the car is delivered and in addition squiky clean. The chocolate and half frozen bottle of water on a hot day is a nice accent an excellent customer service. Thanks!!!!
Courteous and professional service. Easiest car sale we’ve ever experienced. Met all our expectations. No high pressure sales. Working with one sales rep from start to finish was very ideal.
In spite of the long drive, I use Courtesy Acura's service department because I have confidence in their staff. Everyone is unfailingly helpful. All recommended services are reviewed a couple of times to make sure the customer understands and is comfortable. I appreciate the high level of professionalism and the cheerful willingness to explain my car's tech.
Exceptional oil change offer. Opportunity to get a few other items checked at the same time. Lyft to work was quick and easy. So much better then a group ride. Folks I dealt with were all friendly and helpful. Challenge was getting anyone in service to answer the phone at the end of the day. I was stranded at work waiting for some information and a ride back but couldn't get in touch with anyone. Kim at the front desk was a ROCK STAR!!! She tried her best and stayed with me on the phone for over 5 minutes while trying to contact Service. Big KUDOS go to her for her patience and persistence. In the end I did make it back and was treated extremely wonderful by everyone involved.
