It's great to know when I pull up to the service center that I'll be greeted quickly and professionally. The waiting area is nice and accommodating and the internet access makes waiting a productive office alternative.

I’ve had great experiences with the service department. The staff seems happy to be there, never grumpy and very knowledgeable. Alec is a really nice guy, kind, knowledgeable and honest. While I was waiting for my car he kept me well informed. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. We are happy we bought our Acura at Courtesy Acura. Really, the car sells itself and the service department is wonderful!

Oil change and filter but the system wasn’t reset so I’m getting the Service Due messages on my dashboard screen. So was the oil change and filter done??? Or they just didn’t reset the system. I am traveling until mid March so I can’t take my Acura MDX back in to the service center until then. I’m sure the mileage and service due dates will now be all off.
