I have bought and had my Acura’s serviced at Courtesy Acura of Littleton for years. I had the beat service experience with Sean and Travis in the service department this week so I wanted to share. We had to get the major services done on both cars and of course right before the holidays, I was getting work done on two of my RDXs. Sean and Travis made it possible and scheduled it so I could bring in a car one day, get it done, and then bring in the 2nd car when I picked up the first car. This was appreciated because with a busy family schedule it is difficult to be without cars. The service and work was completed as promised, on time, on budget, and the cars drive like new now. Sean and Travis were extremely responsive with texts messages and call backs. I also like the service work approval texts that are sent out so you can review the suggested work with photos on your phone.

Courtesy Acura solved my car issue quickly and priced reasonably without suggesting unnecessary repairs. I trust their mechanics and recommend this location for your service needs.

Love the car. Experience started off wonderful. Was given the wrong copy of temp registration (gave me the copy of my trade in), forgot to mention that the person to drop a check/title/key to did not come in until 11, put the wrong temp tag on the car. I do not live around the corner, so to stop back by is not exactly easy. The correct tags were offered as a mail or we come back and get them- how about you drop them off at my home, since it was not my mistake and I am driving with wrong plates. Again, love the car- would have appreciated a little more attention to some of the details.

This is my fourth Acura. The pst three were purchased at Courtesy Acura of Littleton. I Love the cars and the service I have received there. Highly recommend them.

Travis and the Acura Service team at the Littleton Acura dealership provided the most incredible service to me while getting my infotainment fixed. They were kind from the moment I arrived until I drove away. They are always so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile ALWAYS!

My appointment time was 8:00 AM and the service team checked me in as soon as I arrived. My service advisor was Vanessa and met with me within minutes and I went into the customer waiting area and was able to sit down and get a drink and a morning breakfast bar. The service was completed within the time quote and I was shown to Vanessa’s desk to review the service invoice. As we went over the services performed and the bill, I remembered that I had an email with a discount and Vanessa said that she would honor the discount for free wiper inserts and she made some phone calls and then disappeared for a few minutes. When she returned a few minutes later she adjusted the bill and had me pay for the invoice. She then stated that my car was waiting for me in the pickup area. I did notice some dirt on her hands as I realized that she had removed and replaced my front windshield wipers herself. What a great experience it was working with Courtesy Acura and Vanessa! I will return there for future service requirements and ask for Vanessa by name.

My wife and I needed a bigger car. We love the Acura brand but hadn’t bought one here in Colorado. We walked into Courtesy Acura and were greeted by Jimmy right away. Jimmy was great and professional throughout the entire process. Even after the sale, if we’ve had a question, Jimmy has helped us. It was a great experience throughout the entire process buying our MDX. Every time we’ve come back the dealership offers us a courtesy (no pun intended) car wash. We love our MDX and will be returning to courtesy for any of our Acura needs.
