Hmmmm where to begin? Vanessa (service) was great, Peter (tech) was great. I mean I have had my NSX for almost 26 years. So I kinda know just from experience already what's up with the car and it's needs. So it's a bit of a test just popping in asking for an oil change and a repair for the door locking mechanism. When they mentioned this and that needed looking into, its a bit of a bonus that they know what's up that lines up with my thoughts. So props. ๐ช Oh and the video of some of the work done is really cool. I drove my car 70+ miles and left it there for 2 weeks and I would do it again. Heck I could probably get AAA to just trailer the car there, but I forgot. Oops. Anyway driving is fun. (Are you listening AutoNation Acura of Colorado Springs? Read my review about them if you are curious. ๐๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ) My only complaint is the construction on the street out front of the dealership making traffic a pain. Oh and the '25 RDX I got as a loaner was surprisingly fun to drive, I mean heavy since its an SUV by comparison to an NSX or my other cars, but no complaints other than it's just not my style. Some folks might dig it though, so if you're looking for a small, ok well its not really small, but its the "small" SUV Acura has at the moment, give it a look.

Had a very positive experience with Courtesy Acura of Littleton. my car was in shop for the connecting rod bearing recall. easy to get appointment on the phone (it was not easy to do it online and ask for loaner). Vanessa was great and got loaner ready in time . overall i recommend them

Used Courtesy Acura of Littleton today for a service appointment. Jack (Service Manager) was fabulous and informative. I HIGHLY recommend Courtesy and especially Jack if you want to have a good experience at a car dealership's Service Department!

I got a great deal on a low mileage 2013 Highlander. Other dealers were asking over $3k more for the same car in similar condition. The whole process took a little over an hour including the test drive and financing.

I needed a car fast and when I walked in April, helped me and within one hour I was approved and had a car! Sheโs checked in on me and helped me with anything or any question Iโve had. Sheโs amazing! Brock the GM also helped me when I needed assistance on some paperwork and he returned my phone calls on the same day! Love my Acura Thank you!

Excellent customer service and experience both in Sales and Service. We bought our MDX 2 years ago and so this review reflects our experience buying and subsequent regular maintenance. Super friendly team. Maintenance has always been prompt in the scheduled timeframes.

Quick and easy as usual. It really helps with planning when dealerships have drop/pickup service so we donโt need to wait at dealership until they have serviced the vehicle.
