Very courteous service. Travis is excellent. As usual, the dealer might be a bit more expensive for service. But itโs worthwhile for more complicated issues.

I was called in for a Brake recall. called and made an appointment within 2 weeks. Did not have a loaner car but offered to uber me to and from my hime for free. Only took 1hour insured of 2. No adjustments needed. MDX was washed and vacuumed had a fresh water and a chocolate mint to go. I LOVE ACURA!!!

Great experience - just as it has been for many years. Jack is our service advisor and he went overboard to help with a schedule issue, and in addition, service was quick and efficient. Couldn't be more pleased.

Curtesy Acura always lets me know the price of all services needed up front. I can choose which ones I want to take care of first. I also love that when I pick up my car, it has been washed and the inside cleaned as well!! Vanessa is just wonderful to work with also.

I came in for a recall check. They had booked the appointment per my first request. Service Team was prompt and very friendly. Went out of their way to do a scheduled maintenance oil change for me as well. Also, added a quality car wash! A+ score from me. Could not have had a better experience! Jerry K

Best maintenance dealership experience. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The team is always professional, friendly and they are not trying to upsell. Iโve been working with service advisor Jack for the past couple of years, he has been consistently great!

The service that I chose to have performed on my RDX went very well. Brian McClure was very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging the work to be done. The RDX was returned to me after a very nice car wash, which was included in the service. I have been going to this dealership for 30 years. I have always treated very nice over the years.

Good experience with Brianna. Turn over took too long, there must be a way to streamline checkout! Paperwork is too strenuous and complicated.
