The Service Rep Vanessa was exceptional in very aspect; she explained the 10 point service inspection process along with reviewing my records and service history! She also kept me informed of my service status while my car was being serviced. When my car was finished with my oil change and tire rotation Vanessa went over any recommended additional service without any additional pressure! It was so refreshing to speak to a Personal Service Representative whom explained every detail with knowledge and ease. She educated me on the functional aspects of the mechanical system. I left Courtesy Acura very satisfied with the service, including, my car was washed and shined to perfection! Thank you!
