I purchased my vehicle from Courtesy slightly more than 14 years ago, and have had all my standard maintenance done by either myself or them ever since. Always professional, in accordance with the shop manual, giving timely suggestions, and following my instructions. I highly recommend the service team at Courtesy Acura.

Had my car at Courtesy for two major recalls, and smaller updates. Max and Jack kept me informed with texts, etc. My car was spotless when I picked it up a week later, inside and out. And my loaner was a 2025 MDX which we enjoyed very much. Love my Acura.

I brought my Acura in for maintenance today and had an excellent experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprisedโthey offered me a chocolate bar and a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Not only did they complete the service thoroughly, but they also included a complimentary car wash.

These Folks Know Their Way Around an Acura Well now, I rolled my olโ 2007 Acura RDX into Courtesy Acura like a weathered horse ridinโ into a trusted stable. She just hit 100,000 miles, and I figured it was high time for her to get the kind of care only true professionals can provide. Soon as I stepped through them service doors, Travis McKoyโfine gentleman, cool under pressureโmet me like an old friend at the saloon. He listened close, tipped his hat (figuratively), and laid out the plan plain and honest. They wrangled up one heck of a serviceโadjusted every intake and exhaust valve, swapped out the valve cover gaskets, and gave her a good once-over, from the timing chain cover to the drive belt and water pump. Found a bit of a leak in the timing coverโnothinโ too wild, but they patched her up right with Hondabond! One of them pesky vacuum hoses on the bypass valve control solenoid went belly-up during the jobโbut turns out it was already hanginโ on with some makeshift patch. Travis didnโt pull no fast oneโhe laid out the options like a poker hand and let me call the shot. I tipped my hat and had โem fix it proper. They also: Replaced them spark plugs, Ran a full multi-point inspection, and Even gave the old gal a wash, vacuum, and dash wipe-downโshe came out shininโ like she just trotted off the showroom floor. By the time I rode outta there, I had peace in my heart and smooth horsepower under my boots. If youโve got an Acura and want it treated like royalty with boots-on-the-ground honesty, Courtesy Acura and that fella Travis are the ones to see. Ainโt much more to say, partnerโthese folks do it right.

It was a pleasure working with Jack to have our RDX serviced. I was there for a recall and a couple service items and the team had all of the work done in just a few hours. Jack walked me through each work item with photos and videos of any findings as well as thorough explanations. The service department was totally great!

I had a fantastic experience this past weekend when I just stopped by with my Acura MDX because it had a little scratch on it. My intention was to just ask them if they had any suggestions on how to get it out and the Service technician (Ty) said, let me take of of that and I believe that I can get it out. He took the car for about 20 minutes as I waited in the Guest Services lounge and he came back with the scratch out. He told me his first idea didn't work, but he took it and used a buffer on it and "presto" it was gone. They even took it one step further and washed and put an armor all on the tires. The vehicle looked brand new again. Ty's initiative and attention to detail was very appreciated. In today's world, those customer service gestures go a long way.

I recently visited Courtesy Acura service on two consecutive days, one was scheduled and the next was to make sure that my vehicle was ok after a mishap. Matt McKean was absolutely fantastic in that on day one he was able to get me a loaner car and on day two got me in right away. He is such a great help and a person who is wonderful to work with. I also particularly appreciate when you call instead of getting prompts your call is answered by a very sweet lady (I think that two ladies share the job) and are routed wherever you need to go. It makes me feel good that I purchased my vehicle here and I donโt mind continuing to do business with them, which is easy when I am treated so well. Thanks!!

Had a difficult intermittent problem with electronic switch for transmission. Courtesy service group kept at it until they could diagnose the problem part. Replaced the switch and so far so good, The service group is very good at working their way to a solution.

Unfortunately a rock hit my car where one of the sensor is located and the parking control went crazy I took my car to Curtesy Acura for service. My service adviser Jack is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful person. They found the problem, ordered the parts and fixed my car in a few days. They also gave me a ride to work while they had my car. Th best part when I received my car back it was nicely cleaned. I recommend Curtesy Acura as a shopping experience and a service experience also.
