Had a great experience leasing my first Acura (all-electric ZDX) from Courtesy Acura. I began with Brianna, who got me in for a test drive, patiently answered many questions and pulled together a range of estimates on short notice, and did my final handoff with Matthew, who was a huge help answering my EV-specific questions, hunting down the exact color and model I wanted, and being a sounding board as I went through the final steps of the process. Along the way, Brianna and Matthew also called in additional members of the Courtesy team to help track down information or discuss options (resulting in some Courtesy staff coming over just to joke that I hadn’t met them yet but figured they’d be sent my way soon!). Thanks to this exceptional customer service, and some great promotions, a big financial decision that could have been stressful ended up being a lot of fun! 100% recommend Courtesy Acura!

Jack Aran has been a great service consultant, he's honest, explains what's necessary vs. isn't, and he educates on the mechanics of a car. While I understand they are obligated to encourage more services, he isn't pushy, and he is always friendly.

Always have great service at Courtesy Acura. Price is always a shock. My age is 88 and do not have a lot of discretionary money. Hate to frequent a regular repair shop as Courtesy always does a good job and stands behind their work.

I lease car after car from Jimmy at Courtesy Acura. I leased a 2025 RDX yesterday. My second RDX after several MDXs. To be honest, I do shop around a bit, but I always get the best price and best, friendly service here. I can’t recommend these guys enough. No high pressure pitches. Fair offers for trade ins.
