I had my car in for the routine service. My car was repaired and ready on time Jack was great explaining about all the repairs needed he was very helpful communicating and very informative.

It was really nice working with Suk, and the rest of the team here for purchasing a used vehicle. The transaction was easy and everyone was beyond kind. Iโve purchased over 40+ vehicles in my time, many from dealerships. This team stands out a bit from the โnormalโ tactics that are well recognized by seasoned buyers. Suk had the car ready for me when I arrived, no huge back and forth. Straight forward offer with mild and quick negotiations. Transparency from the start (vehicle needed work) and they shared all the details. They even offered for me to speak with a 3rd party estimators for the proposed repairs. Honestly and transparency will get you everywhere in the business, and I appreciated everyone I interacted with.

I have been going to Courtesy Acura to have all my Acuras serviced here. Jack is my service advisor who is always willing to take the time to explain the service that will be performed and if it is a complex maintenance, he is willing to take the time to present in lament terms and answer any questions. The best thing about him is he is always aware of the service cost and runs the service (especially unexpected) past you. Thank you Jack!!!!!!!

Dear Courtesy Acura of Littleton, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my routine checkup last Monday for my 2018 MDX, which included a new battery and an oil change. My service rep was very professional and helpful, and the entire experience was great, as all my visits have been over the years. I have been a long-time Honda and Acura owner and still believe they are the best cars ever made. Since 1981, I have owned three Hondas and four Acuras, and I have yet to have one break. Drove to Denver from Boise. Made a service appointment on short notice. Sean and his team did an excellent job with my RDX. They completed a scheduled maintenance and let me know what may have been missed in my maintenance shedule. It is great to know that I have a bonafide auto solution in Denver!

Purchased a used MDX in CO Springs from Auto Brokers, but live here. I feel much better getting it serviced from a Dealer. Went in with no appointment & met Jack, sat down & discussed my concerns about this car with no maintanence history. We set up an oil change & Complete inspection at my earliest convenience. Now I have an updated list starting with most important on down. He was very professional, easy to talk with, fair & accomidating. This is where I'll have all service work done from now on.

Courtesy Acura is my go to place - they do an excellent job, are always honest about what they find and recommend, and go above and beyond to take my schedule into account. They have a nice waiting are and a very efficient system. I'll be back in 6 months!

In preparation to sell my car, I took it to Acura to get a service check-up and some needed maintenance. Travis was my service representative. The recommendations were fair and needed. There was no pressure to do additional services. The service was quick and the communication was timely. Upon completion, my car was cleaned, warming up with the seat heater on!

Very Productive and Professional, Always greeted with a smile and job satisfaction well done. Since I ve been taking my vehicle to Courtesy Acura of Littleton my results have always been positive. I had an excellent experience at Courtesy Acura, thanks to my service advisor Vanessa. She was professional, friendly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I brought in both my Acura TL and RDX for service, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Vanessa took the time to explain the work, answered all my questions, and made sure both vehicles were taken care of properly. The process was easy, transparent, and stress-free. Highly recommend Courtesy Acura and especially Vanessa for outstanding service!

Great service as always! From the minute they greeted me, to when I left the service area feeling my SUV was brand new. They explained in detailed what was recommended and what I can wait for the next service schedule. They did not pressure me at all to get all my maintenance done in one visit. The battery on my 2019 TLX went bad after 16 months. I took it in basically unannounced to Jack (who is and always has been the best service rep ever) welcomed me in. The battery tested bad and was replaced at no charge. Iโm extremely satisfied with courtesy Acura and Jack always provides exceptional customer service with me.
